Kirsten Wabsis

Executive Chef and Culinary Director

Chef Kirsten Wabsis was born in El Cajon, CA and she took interest in cooking and caring for others at the age of 8. Her youth shaped a unique philosophy where cooking should be creative, resourceful, and nourishing.

 

She graduated from the Art Institue of California-San Diego in 2012, and has worked in every facet of the food and beverage industry around the country.

Her culinary career has taken her from coastal fine dinign in San Diego, CA and multi-course tasting menus in Pheonix, to feeding thousands of disaster responders and international refugees across the U.S. 

Her background working and leading in a variety of environments, plus her passion for food makes her an exceptional Culinary Director for Catering Cajun of Georgia. Big or small, she is dedicated to exceeding expectations and delivering amazing food and service.
